  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 200°C / 490°F.
  2. Prepare the Peppers: Rub your bell peppers all over with a little olive oil and place them on a baking tray.
  3. Roast: Cook the peppers for about 20-25 minutes until they begin to brown on the outside and collapse.
  4. Peel the Peppers: Remove the peppers from the oven. While still hot, use a fork to slide the skins away from the peppers. Rinse them under cold water to remove any excess seeds.
